How this was made

Geometry-based individual-tree detection (canopy-height-model watershed) on the drone-video 3-D stand, seeded by SAM3 crown detections in 128 georeferenced 21 MP drone stills, then selected by an automated critic (flagged 1.7% of crowns vs a 2.8% reference). No LiDAR, no ground control.
